Today, we're gonna focus on the learn portion of the Galaxy, which has evolved beyond the traditional compliance centric learning management system. Cornerstone Learn takes this to the next level, empowering future ready organizations. It also combines multimodal and AI driven learning experiences to train and retain users, offering a people first solution that adapts and grows with your organization. Learn includes multiple components that drive impactful outcomes, and we're gonna be able to dive into each of them today. Cornerstone Learn is reshaping the future of learning. It strengthens the workforce by transforming, empowering, and fostering their skills for greater agility and success. The Cornerstone Galaxy transforms traditional learning into an experience tailored to keep you engaged and constantly learning. It uses AI to guide employees through their learning journeys, ensuring they reach their professional destinations with ease and efficiency. And by fostering continuous growth, innovation, and the emergence of new ideas that drive organizations to thrive in an ever evolving world. So let's go ahead and jump into our demonstration. Okay. Hold on just a second. Are you guys seeing my screen? Nope. Not yet. Okay. Why am I not able to share my screen? Sorry. Hey, Debbie. If you click where the slides are to the left side, it says share screen. That should be coming on for you, and then you'll click share entire screen. K. Are you got hold on a second. Is it sharing? Yep. There we go. Okay. One minute here. K. So the first thing I kind of wanted to ask, and I'm gonna put you Stephanie on the spot here. Yeah. Showing just just your Yes. I know. I know. So I wanna do so start first by asking a question, and I'm gonna put Stephanie on the spot because we're gonna start off by talking about showing learn in the flow of work. And I kinda gave it away right here. But, Stephanie, when you can't find an answer to a question, what's the number one app everyone uses outside the company? The Gold Coast, Carrie, not your or normal. Okay. I'm trying to share my screen here. Amanda I got it. I got it. I got it. Going. Sorry. So, Stephanie, what's the number am I still sharing my Goldcast screen? Or is You're still sharing the Goldcast screen. I just tried to say I'm sorry, you guys. Apologies for the technical difficulties. Yes. Are you guys seeing my Google browser now? Now seeing Google. Okay. So, anyhow, I just had asked Stephanie the question, when you can't find an answer to a question, what's the number one app everyone uses outside the company? And most people would say Google. I'm bringing this up because individuals, if they can't find an answer to a question, within your learning environment, they typically will rely on Google. So this is a place that I can go in and type in what I'm looking for if I'm interested in finding out more information about leadership, I can go in and Google it and I'm presented with multiple results that are being delivered right here. Now these results may be AI, overviews as I scroll down, it may be a Wikipedia result. It may be some sort of a article that I might wanna read. But if I scroll it back to the top, what we're seeing is that your the results by Cornerstone, showing all the courses that are available in your organization's learn solution. Instead of directing learners to a YouTube or Wikipedia, it guides them directly back to learn. So users can easily launch any courses right from here, and completions will be recorded within your learn solution. This is just one example of an in the flow of work. But if you're an organization that utilizes Teams or Slack or Microsoft three sixty five or any other top business software that we integrate with, the experience is seamless. And it really ensures your content remains front and center for your users. So now you should be seeing, the Galaxy. Up in the top left hand side, you can see the Galaxy logo. Does everyone see that? Yes. Great. So as individuals log in, they're greeted with a personalized home page offering a streamlined, optimized experience designed to drive employee success and enhance organizational performance. This is an example of the first interaction with Cornerstone. Organizations can configure the homepage by audience using delivered widgets or creating HTML elements. The menu name names that you see up at the top portion of the screen, these can be also configured to match the language of your organization to make it easy for users to find what they need or where they need to go. Speaking of helping users, to help users navigate and understand the solution, individuals can leverage guide, which is our digital adoption platform. I'm gonna show you an example of this being in the Salesforce application. So guide really allows Cornerstone Learn to extend beyond your learning management system, integrating seamlessly into your broader work experience. Whether managing customer data in Salesforce, creating tickets in ServiceNow, or using a custom tool, Cornerstone Guide simplifies onboarding, upskilling, and finding resources to support any application or workflow. So just imagine as a new employee that's going into Salesforce and logging in into an unfamiliar application, Guide proactively welcomes that individual. It, like, it introduces key workflows and offers step by step guidance through a complex processes. It also can communicate change management updates such as revised processes or software changes directly within the platform. So during onboarding, guide presents a list of essential processes to learn and tracks your progress as you go. So whether it's your first time in an application or a for, going into an application that you haven't been in and aren't familiar with for a while, Guide can walk you through each step ensuring you follow the correct process without a need to toggle between documentation and the live workflow. So if you're an individual that needs to be guided through a process, you can utilize GuideMe. Maybe you want to, want Guide to show you first on how to do something and then allow you to go in and actually perform that task. Or maybe you want to have it test you or teach you. However, you best learn Guide can help individuals upscale on any application or workflow process. So coming back to the home page, the the page is welcoming individuals into the organization. This is a place where it one stop that people can go and it drives individual learning and development. So what we're seeing here is if I look at my learning feed, I see my assignments. This is where individuals can complete all compliance or your traditional LMS training. So learn is still utilizing the learning assignment tool for traditional compliance training, but this is again where it's coming and it's bringing all that learning alive. You'll also see that this individual has access into today's insight. This is AI powered personalized training, making recommendations that are tailored to each individual. AI driven by looking at individuals profile, their individual profile, looking at what experience they have, what their job profile is, skills that they have, and skills they wanna develop. Each interaction personalizes the experience. They also have the ability to look at any of this content, like it, share it, bookmark it. And the more that they interact with the system, the more AI is learning about them, making these individual personalized recommendations, which keeps people engaged and keeps them returning back to the solution for more. You'll also notice some banners at the top of the page. This allows organizations to promote learning right away without users having to go into search, leading to more users exploring additional content across learn that they may not have done otherwise. A good example of this is the skill of the month. This can help create a culture of continuous learning. Each month can focus on a different skill to develop. So for example, when we're looking at March being the well-being month, individuals are able to see the different content that is being dished up based on that skill. They can go in and consume that content for some quick wins, or if they wanna get deeper development, they can go into, a deeper dive in more content in order to upscale and become more proficient in those areas. Skills are rapidly evolving, making it making it essential for employees to stay updated on new technologies, methods, and best practices to boost performance and drive organizational success. So this can help employees identify the skills that will propel the business forward, in the future. And then come back to the home page as we scroll down this particular page. For those customers using other areas of Galaxy, such as performance or check ins, this becomes the one stop shop for all learning and development. And because of how we can integrate with your system of record, such as your HRIS, or even if users can create their own accounts, you can configure what content, among other things, that users will be able to see across the solution. A good example of this is some of you may have users who are not your traditional employees, within your organization. Maybe they're external in some way, so they may have maybe maybe they're a contractor, maybe they're a dealer or a partner or customer. There may even be requirements for those users to pay for certain courses that your internal employees get for free, or they only have access to certain content. So Cornerstone can set this up to ensure that you're creating custom learning experiences based on who those users are in your organization, and you can keep all your users engaged and wanna keep them coming back to learn, whether they're internal or external learners. Learning can have or or be so much more than traditional compliance required training. You've seen how Cornerstone Galaxy transforms traditional learning into an experience tailored to keep you engaged and constantly learning. From that home page we just looked at, users will see all different types of content, compliance recommendations, and ways that you can promote your learning to users all in one area. As a user comes into the discover, this is where they can further curate a, or you can further curate a personalized content offering, providing visibility into learning opportunities tailored to various user populations. This feature incorporates role based access control, ensuring content variability based on different group affiliations or roles held within the organization. So you as an organization can include your custom content that you've created, any third party content that you might subscribe to, or cornerstone content, subscriptions can be focused on here. What they're seeing what your individuals will be able to see is things like key initiatives. This is a great way to highlight the strategic objectives of the business, focusing on the skills needed to drive the organization forward and achieve long term goals. You're also seeing in the middle of the screen the customer service channels, and this provides specialized resources tailored to specific individuals within the organizations. These channels may vary for different users as they log into the system. And then further down the screen, we're seeing the leadership academy carousel. So just imagine, because I'm a manager, I have the privilege of exploring the Leadership Academy carousel, which showcases a range of variable, of the not very well, valuable content, and learning opportunities to design to support leadership growth and development. This discover page is all about the organization and what you as an organization want to push. This is a completely configurable page that may be different for different roles within the organization. This allows users to actively engage by following channels, fostering a dynamic learning ecosystem. And as users interact and follow, AI algorithms gather insights, continuously refining their their recommendations and insights. Additionally, users receive notifications about how, maybe new additions or updates within their follow channels, ensuring that they are staying informed and connected, throughout their journey. So as a manager, maybe I'm interested in, some of these areas of the Leadership Academy. I can easily drill into any of these different channels, and I can see things that are being promoted based on that channel. So you can have different topics within a channel. You can have, based on those topics, different learning is that is being pushed forward. So if I'm looking at any featured content, maybe I wanna learn through a journey or a pathway, but you're also seeing a lot of different content out here. So again, here you're seeing that Cornerstone is not just all about learn. It's also that we provide a lot of content, subscriptions out there. And you're seeing that we partner with different providers like CyberU or MaidCraft and Grobo, each offering a a different modality. Some focus on microlearning, some focus on macrolearning courses that provide distinct content delivery methods to suit various learning styles. So learner, learn offers centralized access to Cornerstone on demand subscriptions, any custom content and third party resources that you may be using. And you're gonna learn more about the content in in a moment, from Stephanie. So as I drill in and maybe want to consume some of this content, maybe you wanna learn more about emerging leaders, what I'm drilling into is content that the individual can easily consume. Content via this this journey, similar to like a curriculum. Here, I can see that it's broken down into some different sections. And as I drill into those different sections, I see different types of learning objects. This can be anything from a document that might have been shared, maybe keeping people engaged by presenting a poll as they're going through this particular journey, maybe it's particular courses or videos, maybe even some immersive learning where I can, go in and interact with the learning experience. It really provides that safe place to fail, and Stephanie's gonna talk to you more about the immersive learning in just a moment. If I drill into the second section, I can see that again, additional content that's being dished up to me, whether it it may be a video, an article, or even a, a a poll out there. As I come back to the discover page, the discover page also allows you to provide other tools and resources to support learning. For instance, maybe I have identified some subject matter experts, some mentors, or people that are commonly going in here and providing us content, which we would call our influencers out here. I can go in and decide to follow these folks. So whenever they add additional content, I'm being notified, and being up to date on things that might be of interest to me. In addition, it's also important to be able to, learn and share tribal knowledge and collaborate with individuals within the organization that maybe are in similar roles or in different locations but have the same roles, you can create a group with all those members where they can collaborate and learn. And it can include, different featured content, subjects, topics related to this particular groups. One moment. So the nice thing about this is is that I I can be members of multiple groups. And as I am a member, anyone that might share content, out there, I can be notified. So as I go into the customer service group, what I'm able to see is all the people that are involved in this group. I can also see any content that is being featured out here, any content that has been shared with me out here. I also can even make it a little bit fun and a little bit competitive by having a leaderboard. And that leaderboard gives me insight into where I stand within the people within this group. And I can see that I'm still 2,007 points away from being in the top lead. I'm 65, just sixty fifth on the leaderboard today. I might want to go out and follow some people that are in the lead or maybe consume some of the content out there in order to, upskill myself and become in that lead. You may also decide that you may have some subject matter experts, that might have the ability to create content or share content within this group. For example, maybe there is a new video or an article that, that I've just read that the customer service manager or a plant manager wants to share with this particular group. You can give them the security permissions to be able to create user generated content, Whether that be a web URL that they want to share and drive you to an article, whether it's a video that they recorded, maybe keeping people engaged by creating a poll or a quiz, maybe even just having a text card welcoming people to this particular group. You have that ability again to allow certain people to have access to being able to contribute additional content. In addition, content is is basically just different learning objects, but you may want them to be able to create a pathway. And we can make it super easy by utilizing, the artificial intelligence or the companion, to help us with that. So if I wanted to enter and create a pathway title such as resilience. Maybe I'm not being very creative, so I can actually use, the companion tool to write a more descriptive title or more engaging title. I can come in and also identify a, a description of this course. And again, because I'm not being very creative, I can utilize the companion, tool to go ahead and create something that might be a little bit more descriptive. I'm gonna leave everything else defaulted for this particular pathway, but you can also use the companion tool to search for different tags of your different content out here. But as I continue on, you can see that it's allowing me to create individual content, those smart cards that we were talking about, or I can utilize AI to create a dynamic pathway. Identifying that topic, how many different cards might I want to add into my my pathway, and I can allow AI to go out and search all that content, all your custom content, all of the subscriptions that you may have, out there, and it presents you with some some offerings. You can decide whether you want to reorder those offerings, whether you want to lock those offerings down, or, again, in enhance it by adding your own content as well. So using the camp companion tool, the artificial intelligence really makes it easier for you to create, pathways and to create journeys, makes it quicker. It also, allows Cornerstone to offer or learn to help you foster continuous growth and innovation, encouraging the development of new ideas that help organizations thrive in an ever changing world. So the last area I wanted to just really bring up, is how Cornerstone Learn empowers the workforce of tomorrow. How can we start to automate and drive all of this content to users and get them to become experts in their current role while also promoting workforce agility and set the stage for professional development. Every individual will have a profile. And as individuals come into the system, they have the ability to go in and complete a profile by working walking through the wizard. This profile is asking them for their work experience. They can manually enter it. They can upload their resume if they want to. They can even, upload their LinkedIn profile information in here. Based on that profile information, they can identify current skills. So AI identifies the skills that that that they possess based on that job role. They can then decide that they want to add those suggested skills, identify, what their their expertise level is on those particular skills. As they continue through their profile, they can sit there and see that these skills are related to their role and hear some additional suggested skills that they might want to become more proficient in. They even have the ability to identify their career preferences, which down the road when we, talk more about how that can link into identifying different, different job opportunities. Based on all that information, the system is looking at that and making those unique recommendations, here into the, today's insights out here. At any point in time, the individual can come in and update their profile. They can also look at their skills, and the skills are being updated based on training that they have completed within the solution. But they may decide that they want to upskill or maybe just have visibility into the critical skills that they currently possess, what what their skill proficiencies are. But down below, they're able to actually see the skills that they're currently working on developing, maybe declared, that they are proficient in certain areas. The system can make suggestions of additional skills they might wanna work on. And again, if they wanna drill into any of these skills, they can go out and the system will recommend training that will help them upskill, in their proficiency levels. In addition, if you're a manager, it's nice to have insight into your team and how they are doing, in regards to their particular skills. So using the people matrix allows managers to visualize and better understand the qualifications of their people. They can create multiple different matrices out here, but as they drill into their particular matrix, this would be focused maybe on their customer service team. They're able to have insight into who has what skills and be able to sit there and see, wow, my whole team has problem solving. But they're not super strong in time management and really none of them are really strong in customer service surprising. So as we look at this, we can go in and we can decide that we might want to rate those particular skills, go out and find some additional training that might be recommended, and assign them training in order to upscale so that my team might be all in the green in these different areas in the future. So what you've seen so far is Cornerstone Galaxy uses AI to guide employees through their learning journey. It does so by allowing individuals to update their profile as they're interacting with the system. Individuals are receiving unique recommendations to help continuously grow, ensuring they reach their professional destinations with ease and efficiency. We've also seen how AI can assist admins, subject matter experts, or individuals with the right permissions to curate content easily using AI. Cornerstone is committed to empowering the workforce of tomorrow by driving continuous learning and development. I'm gonna go ahead and pass it over to Stephanie to talk more about how we can empower administrators to be more efficient and take advantage of AI to help curate content. Perfect. Thank you. Let me go ahead and share my screen here. Alright. So like Debbie had mentioned, we had seen areas around, how that content is used to target areas like professional development, upskilling, compliance, and just overall career mobility. Like mentioned as well, a lot of this can be driven by your custom or internal content. But as today's topic and overall discussion has suggested, many organizations are shifting to that new era of learning, which is outside, of that typical LMS and compliance and assigned training mentality. Now I don't need to see a show of hands here, but how many of you out there have had a desire to or have been asked to shift your culture of learning and development to that more self driven experience for your organization? So think about that for a second. Now I know myself as a former LMS administrator of close to 40,000 employees at one point, I wouldn't even know where to begin if someone were to ask me to start this process from scratch. And I think I would have probably said I'm an LMS admin. I only do compliance and nothing else. So managing and curating a meaningful library at scale can definitely come with its challenges, especially if you're not doing that today. It's time consuming, it's cumbersome to organize everything into topics, tie it to skills to learning. So this is where Cornerstone's Content Studio comes into play. You'll see it here. Content Studio is going to help you to discover, curate, and leverage consumption analytics to provide effective and engaging content to your organization. And like you've seen throughout the learner experience that Debbie showed us so far, this is also going to be AI powered to help you and your administrators to manage and plan ahead, and also to measure the overall effectiveness of your library using those analytics. Now in Content Studio, you can not only view the current subscriptions that you have within your, content or within your Cornerstone Content catalog, You can also view any of your proprietary content from your internal catalog or maybe you have other third party content that you already have today. You can also explore, though, other subscriptions across our Cornerstone and our hundreds of content, partners that you, already have or maybe you just want to explore some additional subjects. And you'll see that they're broken out into particular subjects to help guide you into finding those right courses and content based on your organization's need. From here as well, you'll be able to launch into any of that content. So as you're evaluating what's needed across your organization, or maybe you need different modality types that are focused around micro learning or maybe podcasts, you'll be able to see any of that content that is in those different offerings. And you'll also be able to preview each of those courses from here to even see right away if it's the right fit for your organization or maybe you need to shift gears, and this can all be done before actually purchasing the content. Now because we know that data is important, and Debbie's already shown you a little bit of how we can start using some of those analytics that we're collecting, but we also need to show the value behind the content. So you'll notice here, as I'm kind of clicking through, you saw here in some of the modality and skills that are tied to this course, you also get certain analytics and details around how many learners across Cornerstone have actually taken this course. And as you start to, use this or offer this course or these subscriptions internally to your learners, you'll also be able to see if your learners are consuming this content or not. So this data that's being collected is going to help you to make informed decisions around what's working, maybe what's not working, are users taking this content on their own, or is it only when it is assigned, and assigned as required? So you can start to use that data to shift the content and what you're offering where needed for your learners. Now as an example, and Debbie kinda mentioned this a little bit as well, you may need to start training your users, in a maybe more real life situations, maybe more focused in coaching as you're looking to shift to a more skills based organization to help coach and mentor future leaders, let's say. So you may wanna start using our immersive content that is powered by Tailspin that can be consumed on a user's desktop or through virtual those of you who are lucky enough to have virtual headsets, at home to make content and learning more interactive and effective. So while you can use them, this is an example of a, recording of some of Tailspin's content, but while you can use their pre curated content, Tailspin is also extremely configurable. So you can modify any of this content like within any other authoring tool that you may be using today to be more specific and custom to your organization scenarios, characters, characters, virtual environments with maybe industry specific policies and regulations. And again, while this is an example of a recording that, can be taken on a desktop or laptop version, You'll see here that it's placing us all as users, into those real world situations and is interactive. So as they're clicking through, on certain responses, it can provide them with the logic and meaning behind those responses as to what they should be and the logic behind it. And and just to mention too, immersive content can be applied to so many areas. I I've worked with customers who maybe wanna use this to develop future leaders and leadership programs around soft skills like communication for, future managers, but I've also seen it for more industry specific skills like CDL certification, so truck driver simulators to train new truck drivers as a part of their onboarding process. So a variety of ways that, you can really customize and configure any of this immersive content for your learners. You can also custom and create your own, content creations, which essentially is a bundle of courses like a curriculum or a playlist that you can include in, any of your custom content or your subscriptions from Cornerstone as a part of that custom curation in collections. Now you'll see here any collections that I or any other administrators who have access, to creating custom content collections, you'll see all of that that has been built here, but I can also create new collections here. And like I mentioned, this is something that can have your custom content, any third party, any cornerstone content as you start to build these out. Now the cool thing here and again speaking from former admin days and just saving time, I could of course go in and enter manually the names of these courses, descriptions, and manually choose to how the content that I want to add into these curriculums or collections. But Cornerstone also brings in that AI companion tool that we saw a little bit earlier as well to aid in this creation process. So let's say I want to create a collection or a curricula that is centered around leadership that I want to offer to future leaders at the organization. As I type that in, it's going to start to recommend titles to me that I can either click that I want to select and add in or I can modify it manually or maybe go back and and modify as necessary. But let's say I'm happy with that and I also can use this to start to create descriptions for this collection as well. Now as it is suggesting these, again I can go in and have it select more or, give me more options. And you can always go back and modify these as well. As I create this, like I mentioned earlier, I can go in and I can start manually building out curricula or these collections with my own content, custom or third party content or cornerstone content, and I can manually do all of this. But that AI companion tool is also going to be there along with me to also suggest content to me that should be a part of this collection or curricula based on the course title and based on the course description that I've already chosen. So from here, you'll notice on the left right hand side, I can start to build out this collection using any of my content in our library and add that into the collection. Now this is such a great tool, and like I mentioned earlier, if I were in a scenario where I had to start, creating content for my organization, this is such a great tool for you to use and for your administrators to use that's ensuring that your administrators are spending time where it matters, so maybe more focused on that compliance, but not spending hours and hours and hours trying to find that right content out of your content library that they can start using to build, these collections or curricula for your learners. Now in addition to what you saw, that Debbie showed you into what learn, the learner experience can provide within that data and analytics around compliance, skill gap analytics, or other learning data. Insights within Content Studio is also going to help you to visualize and analyze what content is being used across your entire organization, as well as against maybe other organizations within your region, your market, or industry. So think things like, top skills across your organization or how much content or trending content that is being viewed or completed across your organization, or maybe even just what content is popular. So you might start adding in additional content subscriptions from Content Studio and you want to start using these analytics to determine are those courses being completed, are they popular among our learners in the organization, and if not, how can you start shifting, that content and interchanging that content for your learners? Now the biggest thing apart with this and insights and what Debbie had shown you, in just the normal reporting across the learner experience. By capturing all of this data, we can start to leverage all of this to optimize your overall organization's learning and development strategies and ultimately start to track that shift within your learning culture and overall progress towards business objectives to start to measure out the content effectiveness and return, return on investment. And, again, possibly start shifting depending on that data that's being collected. Alright. Well, thank you so much for joining today. We do hope that this sparked some curiosity to see more on how you can start to optimize maybe what you may be doing within learn today or to start to use parts of Cornerstone Galaxy to start to transform your learners and learners experience, please reach out to your customer success or account managers, and we would be happy to set up additional time with you to further demo and detail some of these areas that we looked at. And thank you again for joining. Thank you so much, Stephanie. And thank you, Debbie, for presenting. Before we end, I think we had just a few more questions that came in, if you guys could answer those. So Jim asked, does this tool index just title description assigned skills and other metadata, or does it also dig into the course content pages? Sorry. What was the first part of that question? I'm trying to find the Yes. So does the tool index just title description assigned skills and other metadata, or does it also dig into the course content pages? Yes. So I'm assuming you're referring to the AI tool. That is going to, look primarily at the title and the description for now. Perfect. Thank you. And then my I'm sorry. Just to add one one more thing to that as well. As far as the skills go, though, a lot of every part of the Cornerstone, content, any of that content, the subscription, content partners, all of that content is also already pre tagged with skills as well, so you aren't necessarily having to go in and manually tag those skills. That's all tagged for you. Mhmm. Perfect. And then, Amanda, I know that you asked what parts were demoed today. And as I just wanted to highlight this because I know Mike Musgrove answered this, but today we focused on Galaxy Learn, which is the LMS, the learning experience side, guide and also content. That's all within, the learn quadrant, of Galaxy. And then lastly, Nancy, I know you mentioned and just asked will we be doing a similar webinar focused on compliance versus learning and development? And we absolutely can. Compliance is the bread and butter, a cornerstone, and kind of the heart of what we provide. And so, as Stephanie mentioned, we will be having your account managers or, associate account managers follow-up with you guys after this webinar. And so if there are those things that you would like to see or maybe a more personalized demo, we definitely would love to set that up. And so if that's something that you'd like to see, Nancy, you're someone from your account management team, I'll alert them that you have that question, can follow-up and try to get that scheduled. But thank you guys all again for joining us today. Like I said, this was recorded, and so we will have the recording available, and posted on that demo day page that a lot of you guys use to register. So you can revisit this content. Next month, we are going to be focusing on Elevate, which is another part of Cornerstone Galaxy, so we'll be focusing on the Elevate side. So we do wanna welcome you guys to come back for that one. And if you missed our previous demo day last month on just the high level overview of Cornerstone Galaxy, we touched on all of the different quadrants in there, and so you can definitely see those recordings. But thank you all again for joining us today, and have a great weekend.
